Mixing group

IBS G60 is equipped with a 3 meter long mixer with the input of all ingredients at the beginning of the mixer. Thanks to this, the material has enough time to mix well in the mixer, resulting in a mixture of exceptional quality at the output. The driving spiral and the blades on it enable constant mixing and continuous production of concrete. Thanks to the rubber rim on the bottom of the mixer, which can be easily removed and placed on the mixer, washing and cleaning is very simple.

The position of the mixer at the end of the machine and on the hydraulic support makes it extremely accessible and easy to maintain. In addition to this, the mixer is equipped with a central lubrication system, which makes regular maintenance even simpler.

On the driveshaft of the mixer there is a spiral that mixes the material and moves it through the mixer, in addition to this there are blades on it for better mixing of the material. The carriers of these blades are designed so that the operator can easily adjust the angle of the blades and they can be easily replaced. The blades themselves can be made in many different shapes and sizes.

Cement dosing

The cement dosing subsystem consists of a 3m³ tank and a screw dispenser. The tank is supported by 4 measuring cells, while the drive of the screw dispenser is a brushless synchronous motor coupled with a reducer, which together results in exceptional precision and control of cement dosing in real time and in all operating modes.

At the exit of the screw dispenser there is an automatically operated butterfly valve that does not allow moisture to enter the tank or cement leakage when the machine is not in operation. The screw dispenser and the hopper are connected so that the screw dispenser can be easily removed from the machine, which allows easy maintenance and replacement of parts.

Aggregate dosing

The aggregate dosing system consist of two aggregate hoppers with a volume of 5m³ each and two belt conveyors for the extraction of the aggregate to the mixer. The hoppers are supported by 4 measuring cells each, while the conveyor drive, as well as the cement dosing, is a brushless synchronous motor, which leads to precise and controlled dosing in real time and in all operating modes.

All bearings on both conveyors are connected to a central lubrication system, which makes regular maintenance much easier. The conveyor can be easily separated from the hopper and removed from the machine, which allows for simple maintenance.

Water dosing

The water dosing subsystem consists of a coil pump, a tank, pipelines and a flow meter. All tanks and pipelines are made of stainless steel, which guarantees quality and long service life.

The pipelines are separable so that the system can be easily maintained.

There is a flow meter on the pipeline which with the control system, guarantees controlled and precise dosing water.

Control system

The machine is controlled by a PLC SIMATIC S7, which manages all processes in real time, ensuring optimal performance, high precision, and operational reliability. The control system is based on Siemens components, known for their robustness, long-term availability, and global service network.

The electrical cabinet is built to IP65 protection standard, providing effective resistance to dust and water, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. All cables are shielded to ensure optimal protection against electromagnetic interference and to maintain signal integrity through out the system.

All machine controls (aggregate dosing, cement dosing, emulsion, water, and additives) operate within a closed control loop, ensuring precise, stable, and automated regulation of all process parameters. A user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface) provides intuitive access to all machine functions, parameters, and diagnostics

Your Questions, Our Answers

How does gravimetric mixing differ from volumetric mixing?

Gravimetric mixing is based on weight measurement, while volumetric mixing is based on volume. Weight-based dosing provides higher accuracy and repeatability.

Can the plant be integrated with silos and conveyors?

Yes. The plant is designed for seamless integration with cement silos and belt conveyors.

Which materials are dosed gravimetrically?

Cement and aggregates are dosed gravimetrically based on weight using integrated weighing systems. Water, additives, and emulsions are dosed using flow sensors, ensuring accurate and controlled material input for each mix.

Is the plant suitable for different concrete recipes?

Yes. The operator can store an unlimited number of concrete mix recipes in the control system and easily select or recall any recipe directly from the control panel. This allows quick recipe changes and flexible production to meet different project requirements.

What is the expected service life of the plant?

The plant is designed for long-term operation and intensive daily use. With proper operation and routine maintenance, the expected service life is several decades. High-quality materials, robust structural design, and reliable components ensure consistent performance and durability throughout the entire lifecycle of the plant.
