IBS G60 is a concrete mobile gravimetric machine that, in addition to cementitious mixtures, can also produce cold asphalt, cold recycling asphalt, soil stabilization, soil remediation, E-concrete, Eco-road pavement.
The machine has two separate hoppers for aggregates, hopper for cement, and a water tank. Additionally you can have two tanks for two types of additives and an optional emulsion tank. This makes it independent and enables the production of concrete on site, which has many advantages both economically and in terms of the quality of concrete delivered. Thanks to its compact design, it is suitable for work on truck or railway.
Easy to use by only one operator. The recipe is defined by entering the desired quantities of each of the ingredients in the control panel. At the end of the production, the machine prints a list with values for each of the ingredients incorporated into the concrete produced. This guarantees the composition of the concrete that is produced.
Thanks to the measuring cells on the storage hoppers and flow meters on the pipelines, IBS G60 guarantees accurate dosing of each of the ingredients in real time, which enables the production of certified concrete (UNI-EN 206-1 Standard Certifiable concrete).
Unlike many other machines on the market where the production capacity is significantly reduced for recipes with a higher content of one of the ingredients, the IBS G60 can reach a maximum production capacity of 60m3/h for any ratio of incorporated ingredients.

All storage hoppers are equipped with measuring cells that provide the PLC with data on the current mass of material in real time, enabling precise dosing. The water, emulsion and additive dosing system uses high-precision fluid flow sensors, which ensures accurate dosing of all ingredients and top quality of the final mixture.
Thanks to the previously performed calibration of the aggregates, the system continuously calculates the water content in the aggregates and automatically compensates the dosing of aggregates and water. In this way, the optimal ratio of all ingredients is achieved, which guarantees the stability and quality of the concrete mixture.
The machine is equipped with a modern operator panel that enables simple and intuitive process management. In addition, the machine can be controlled remotely - via a smartphone, tablet or personal computer. The system is additionally equipped with a device for remote access, which allows the user to monitor working parameters, KPIs and alarm conditions at any time, with the possibility of receiving notifications via e-mail. Defining KPI parameters is possible at the customer's request.
For additional transparency and control of the production process, the machine comes with a thermal printer that, at the end of each batch, generates a report on the ingredients consumed and the total amount of concrete produced.

In addition to this, the mixer is equipped with a central lubrication system, which makes regular maintenance even simpler. On the driveshaft of the mixer there is a spiral that mixes the material and moves it through the mixer, in addition to this there are blades on it for better mixing of the material. The carriers of these blades are designed so that the operator can easily adjust the angle of the blades and they can be easily replaced. At the exit of the screw dispenser there is an automatically operated butterfly valve that does not allow moisture to enter the tank or cement leakage when the machine is not in operation. The screw dispenser and the hopper are connected so that the screw dispenser can be easily removed from the machine, which allows easy maintenance and replacement of parts. Central lubrication supplied to all bearings of the screw dispenser makes regular maintenance simple and guarantees a longer service life of the bearings.

All bearings on both conveyors are connected to a central lubrication system, which makes regular maintenance much easier. The water dosing subsystem consists of a coil pump, a tank, pipelines and a flow meter. The subsystem for dosing concrete additives consists of two tanks for two types of additives, two pumps, two pipelines and two flow meters. The bitumen emulsion dosing subsystem consists of a pump, pipeline and flow meter, while a tank can be optionally added at the customer's request. All tanks and pipelines are made of stainless steel, which guarantees quality and long service life. The pipelines are separable so that the pipes can be easily cleaned, which is especially important in the case of bitumen emulsion.
